MDTrade is a global reseller of premium paints and coatings sourced exclusively from leading European manufacturers such as CAPAROL, DUFA, Alpina, and others.

Our product range includes:

We serve construction companies, retail stores, and independent professionals worldwide from our base in the Czech Republic.

7.3 Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the products are handed over to the carrier. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders.

8. Returns and Refunds

8.1 Return Eligibility

We accept returns subject to the following conditions:

  • Time frame: Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Custom or special-order items: These are non-returnable unless defective.

8.2 How to Return

8.3 Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned products.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

8.4 Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) with photos showing the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
